What is the lead time for custom glass doors?
Our shower doors are customized for your space, so once we order everything to your specifications, delivery takes around three weeks. In some cases, lead time can increase due to custom finishes or the complexity of the enclosure. However, the actual installation is completed by one of our professional installers in 2-4 hours.

What is the best way to clean shower glass?
After use, wipe down with a squeegee or micro-fiber cloth to prevent hard water stains. If you start to see water stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner (if protected with Diamond Seal, it is recommended to use Blue Wash cleaner). Adding a surface protectant such as Diamond Seal or Showerguard can help repel water and product build-up to make daily cleaning a breeze.
Are there any warranties?
Custom Cut warrants the workmanship provided to be free from defects for five years from the date of completion, not including normal wear from daily use. Silicone seals, caulking, and acrylic sweeps are also covered for a period of one year from installation. Please note that these materials are considered routine maintenance for glass doors and should be done periodically. Custom Cut provides readily available replacement parts at cost to the homeowner after a covered time period.
Additionally, hardware has a limited lifetime warranty through both HMI and CRL, and surface protectants such as Showerguard and Diamond Seal each have limited lifetime warranties when the enclosure is registered.
